Responsibilities
· Provide overall technical support for client projects
· Identify root cause of reported issues and implement necessary steps and actions to address
· Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources
· Collaborate with client service teams to provide technical solutions to reported problems
· Identify and implement technical rectifications to ensure formal closure of reported problems where relevant
· Lead and supervise the execution of development work for defects identified in course of project
· Report development status to Project Manager
· Maintain interfact/customisation programs
· Maintain technical specification for customisation
Maintain, document and unit test the interface/customisation programs
Requirements
· Deliver 100% of implementation tasks within quoted estimates
· Deliver 30% if implementation tasks in less than 80% of quoted estimates
· Implement efficiencies to reduce task estimates by 10% over a 3 month period
· Establish strong working relationships with key client stakeholders
