Solution Delivery
• Design and deliver solutions, specialize on products and working with partners
• Involve in pre-sales services relative to the product(s) of the focused competency to our customers on a global basis

Business Development 
• Understand BI industry trends and challenges
• Understand customer’s business environment and challenges
Knowledge Ascertainment
• Develop in-depth knowledge for product(s) of the focused competency, be technically aware and has the ability to deliver the system using the product(s)
• Perform detailed evaluation on product(s) of the focused competency for greater understanding of their capabilities

Enablement (for focused competencies) 
• Deliver enablement sessions to BI consultants and presales to help articulate BI service offerings and solutions and comparatively position with competitor’s solutions 
• Develop and continuously improve on the materials available for enablement sessions to ensure quality and relevance

Self/Team/People Management
• Work in teams effectively
Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
Typically 3-7 years of experience in IT
Typically 2-4 years of BI experience
