Job Description: 

  • Provide 24/7 L1 & L2 technical support to customers
  • Helpdesk support and troubleshooting
  • Involving in installation and configuration of servers, storages, tap libraries, and network systems
  • Perform preventive maintanance for customers such as patching and OS upgrades
  • Have done configuration documentations 

Technical Required : 

  • Solaris/Linux
  • Hands on experience on server and storage hardwares
  • Understanding of SAN andnetworking concepts

Job Requirement : 

  • Experience/Certification with Linux or Solaris Operating Systems
  • Experience with Storage area networks and Virtualization 
  • Diploma or University Degree in the field of IT and/or demosntrated experience in enterprise hardware support
  • At least 3-4 years experience in the similar capacity
