Job Description:

• Provide presales support and consultancy for  system products
• Work closely with sales team to provide technical solutions
• Involve in tender proposal and clarifications
• Perform BOM configuration on products
• Perform technical presentation on products and solutions
• Able to perform POC for customers.

Job Requirements:

• Experience /certifications with Oracle, HDS, HPE or Dell/EMC
• Certifications on vendors’ servers or storage.
• Some knowledge or skill sets in Linux and Virtualization
• Diploma or University degree in the field of IT and/or demonstrated experience in enterprise hardware support
• At least 2-4years’ experience in similar capacity
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Ability to learn and pick up skills quickly
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
• Capable of multi-tasking in a face-paced environment effectively and efficiently
