Job Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and needs
• Working with other operations to develop appropriate technical solutions
• Act as functional consultant to customers, SSO Sales and Marketing team, SSO technical and service team (including helpdesk and solution developers)
• Customer requirement clarification, functional testing, system integration testing, compatibility testing and technical support validation
• Advising on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and impact on business processes and system
• Formulating pre-sales strategies, scope analysis, and demonstrations, development of tenders and proposals, and project cost estimates.
• Provide 24 x7 or 12 x7 standby support

Job Requirements

• Min 3 years’ experience as a project / service engineer for implementation and/or maintenance of enterprise systems/applications (such as Simplicity Business Software, Esri ArcGIS etc). 
• At least two year of working experience in Singapore.
• In IT/Computer, Software or equivalent related field.
• Technical skills in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, C#, Java, Python or C++ programming using Object Oriented methodology
• Diagnose hardware and software problems
• Experience in process industry like Water, Energy, Oil & Gas, etc
