Responsibilities:  

  • Perform computer and network and server troubleshooting 
  • Provide configure and support and troubleshooting for Router, Switch, Access Point, Firewall.
  • Support and troubleshooting for server and desktop /laptop(Windows, Mac OS)
  • Implement cloud service such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365.
  • Manage IT project and coordinate with vendor for schedule and implementation.

Requirement: 

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the related IT support field is required for this position.
  • Hands on experience on Network (Router, Switch, Access Point, Firewall etc) preferred 
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in computing science and engineering
on site
