To ensure all documents are written and formatted according to applicable Managed Services standards; manage templates and provide guidance and support document owners on how to use them when creating documents for their operation areas
Responsible for documented information are controlled for reviews and approvals prior to release; communicated to interested parties for any new or changed documents; version status are identified and protected for legible retrieval and prevent unintended use of obsolete or retained documents
To maintain and continuously improve the electronic Document Management System Libraries for document storage, identification, protection, retrieval, retention and disposal of all documented information
Provide training to all end-users on efficient usage of Document Management System Libraries
Work closely with various service and/ or technical owners on the development and producing in APAC Managed Services’ output formats the technical and functional documentation contents
Manage the periodic document checks of APAC Managed Services documentation (e.g. SOPs, Policies, Process & Procedures, Forms and Checklists) with document owners to ensure the applicability for operations and conformity to applicable ISO Standards requirements
Provide support in documentation readiness for internal and external audits
Requirements:
Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and min. 2 years of Document Control Management experience in the field or in a related area
Certified in Document Control Analyst course
Certification in ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Visio)
Process and Detail-oriented and able to work with high volume of documents in a face-paced environment
