Regional Business Development Manager - Singapore Permanent


  • Responsible for Business Development and dentify gaps between existing service offerings and fill the gaps with new offerings (jointly with Product Managers) or Customised Agreements
  • Gather relevant market intelligence and information to conduct analysis and produce reports to the Management team for review and discussions.
  • Conduct needs profiling/analysis, business development engagements and generating awareness and communication.
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.


  • Proven track record of achievements in customer acquisition and retention in the Government sector or with System Integrators.
  • Degree with good knowledge of Info-communication technologies. Candidates with a good understanding of ISP’s local access and domestic network requirement will have an added advantage
  • At least 3 years of account management serving the Government sector
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance effectiveness.
  • Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organisation.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
