Responsible for Business Development and dentify gaps between existing service offerings and fill the gaps with new offerings (jointly with Product Managers) or Customised Agreements
Gather relevant market intelligence and information to conduct analysis and produce reports to the Management team for review and discussions.
Conduct needs profiling/analysis, business development engagements and generating awareness and communication.
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Requirements:
Proven track record of achievements in customer acquisition and retention in the Government sector or with System Integrators.
Degree with good knowledge of Info-communication technologies. Candidates with a good understanding of ISP’s local access and domestic network requirement will have an added advantage
At least 3 years of account management serving the Government sector
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance effectiveness.
Positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organisation.
