Responsibilities:
- Assist the Financial System Project Manager in implementing the Account System Refresh Project
- Manage project timelines
- Coordinate and drive meetings with vendor/ internal team/ steering committee
- Assist in RFQ Process
- Create and manage documentations
- Perform/coordinate user acceptance test
- Assist in audits for the project
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/ Business IT/ IT
- Project management and implementation, communication
- More than 3 years of Accounting System Project Implementation
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Good Microsoft office especially Excel skills
Good to have
- Power BI skill a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Navision/ Business Central advantageous
- Knowledge of Risk management/ IT infrastructure/ Cloud hosting advantageous
