Most jobs in IoTalents are delivered with complete satisfaction from both hirer and talent. It is always better to be transparent, avoid communication gaps to maintain a good relationship.
Few jobs on IoTalents may be cancelled or filed as dispute due to some reason.
For raising Dispute request, login to IoTalents and follow the steps below.
If the job status is Working, either the talent or hirer can file a dispute. Once the job is filed as dispute, the job status will be changed to Suspended. IoTalents will verify the request details and resolve the dispute and cancel the job.
For raising Cancel Job request, login to IoTalents and follow the steps below.
Click o/ol>n the job from My jobs section and choose Cancel Job option from the Job options dropdown menu at the right hand side.
On clicking Cancel Job, hirer will specify the reason for cancelling the job. Once the request is raised, the job will be automatically cancelled. If any proposals have been submitted for the job, all the talents who submitted their proposals will be notified of the job cancellation status.
For example , if a hirer has already funded a milestone and the talent did not submittd any status report for the week, the hirer can raise a Cancel Job request so that job status will be changed to Suspended.
If the hirer raises the Cancel Job request, then the talent will be notified of the cancellation and the talent can either approve the request or file a dispute.
If the talent approves the Cancel Job request, then the refund will be processed accordingly and the job status will be changed to Cancelled.
If the talent disagrees with the Cancel Job request, then a dispute will be filed and IoTalents will be notified and attempts to resolve the dispute by interacting with hirer and talent.
