TALENLYTICS™ MATCH

Talenlytics ™ MATCH is a value added service provided to the hirer to support in the final selection of the talent from the shortlisted talents who submitted their bids. A scoring matrix will be tabulated for all the submitted bids where each proposal submitted will be assessed and scored.

The scoring matrix will score the following using hirer-defined weights:

    1. Skills required versus skills supplied - skills match percentage

    2. Bid amount versus the budget amount

    3. Location of freelancer versus location of job - Location match factor

    4. Proposal Rating of the freelancer

    5. Talenlytics™ Index of the freelancer

    6. Job Rating of the freelancer
